Origins
The Founder
I have spent more than two decades leading engineers, operations, and enterprise-excellence organizations — most recently as a director of product realization — across semiconductor manufacturing, aerospace programs, and national-security research. Rooms where the technology was rarely the question. Rooms where the people usually were.
Where the conviction comes from
My formation reads like a deliberate crossing: an electrical engineer by training, then an MBA, then a master's in predictive analytics — a career spent exactly where hard systems meet human ones. My practice followed the same line: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, CTI-trained leadership coach. Half of that toolkit measures processes; the other half listens to people. It took me years in the field to see that they are the same discipline.
What the work taught
I have watched enough transformation efforts succeed — and enough of them quietly fail — that the pattern stopped being anecdote. The constraint is almost never the technology. It is the trust between the people deploying it, the self-awareness of the leader signing off on it, and the clarity about who actually holds the authority to decide. Get those right and the technology tends to work. Skip them and no roadmap can save you.
“AI will never replace our need for humanity; it exposes the lack of it faster than ever before. Doubling down on AI requires going all in on our uniquely human capabilities — first.”
AI does not change the pattern; it raises the stakes on it. I founded Mission Enable for exactly that moment — to build the leaders AI is in service of, never the other way around.
Why there is no name on this page
No name, no photo — by design, not modesty. I built the instruments so the mirror shows you, not me: the Mirror is the reflection, the Pulse is the reading, the Leadership Leverage Assessment is the map. My story matters less than the pattern you are holding — which is also why the reflection is free.
Self-Awareness plus Trust plus Intelligent Systems equals a Mission-Enabled Team.
Mission Enable · Self-awareness is the price of entry to leadership.
